Patent drafting and litigation.  Fourteen years hands on operational engineering experience as a Senior Nuclear Engineer for Westinghouse and PGE prior to becoming a patent attorney.  Have successfully litigated against eBay, Budweiser, and G.I. Joes to name a few as well as successfully negotiating with Firestone and Lamborghini.  Focus mainly on all types of patents except chemical and software.
